House rules

1. Check-In and Check-Out 

 Check-In: After 3:00 PM 

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM 

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. 

Please contact us in advance to arrange this. 

2. Maximum Occupancy  

Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. 

3. No Smoking  

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 

4. No Pets  

 Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. 

5. Noise Levels  

 Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. 

6. Cleanliness  

 Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of all trash in the appropriate bins and leave the property in the condition you found it. 

7. Damage and Breakages  

 Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements. 

8. Safety  

 Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Do not leave valuables unattended. Use the safe provided if available. 

9. Appliances and Utilities  

 Please use all appliances and utilities responsibly. Turn off lights, heating, and cooling systems when not in use. Do not tamper with any electrical or plumbing systems. 

10. Keys  

 Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee up to £150. Please take care of the keys during your stay. 

11. Use of Property  

The property is for residential use only. Commercial activities, subletting, or hosting events are not allowed without prior approval. 

12. Respect the Property  

 Please respect the property and its contents. Do not rearrange furniture, and use provided coasters and placemats to protect surfaces. 

13. Emergencies  

 In case of emergency, please contact Corentin at 07397573367. 

14. Local Regulations  

 Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction from the property.

Please refer to the house manual provided for specific instructions on using appliances, Wi-Fi information, and other important details about the property.
